Not really the topic of this page (even if I ask a lot of questions) but: Is there anyone who has created a harddrive clone using the VSTAMIX driver (as the CDX driver is already “obsolete” and hardly compatible with WDM, running on at least Win 7 x64)?
Surely that’s faster than using CdX or CMDR? . However, it’d be rather uncomfortable to operate both drive/ROMs of the system, since you need to take one out for loading, and if you have a drive with one head only (like the Mega drive) you’re not even able to completely clone it. .
As a single drive I’d use XD For Drive or PronoiseDrive (greatest on-click media cloning). .
The reason why I ask is that, if there is a fast solution
