I am working on a test automation project using selenium.
Now I want to get the position of a element from the code so that I can use it for action automation.
I tried to get the x and y by using the following method but it is not giving me the location of the element.
element.getLocation().getX();

element.getLocation().getY();

Use element.getLocation().getX() instead of getX(), because getX() is the private method, and not the public one.
getLocation() return an Location object, which contains the position as the X and Y values.
For this specific case, use:

int y = element.getLocation().getY();

Pushbutton Trigger Method not behaving correctly

I am trying to build a simple circuit using a breadboard.
I have an output, and I want it to be triggered by a button press.
I have figured out how to do this using a pushbutton, and have set up a simulator using “ModelSim/ModelSimX”.
When I simulate the circuit, the output is always false (0). However, if I connect the output to the pushbutton and simulate the circuit, it triggers on button press.
Why is this happening?

Use an MOSFET to connect the output to the button. An n-channel MOSFET is more suited than an NMOS as it will be easier to turn on and off.

Your output is floating high. And your button is connected directly to that output. It is never triggered.
